New Management Company
The Board of Trustees wishes to announce that a new Management Company has been contracted to assist the Board with its duties. Onyx Real Estate Management will start in January 2018 which will be a transition period as we change from Advanced Realty Management to Onyx.
For those who have lived here a while, Onyx used to be the Management Company hired by the Board but it is not the same company. Onyx was purchased by Doug Davis in 2014 and has moved their office location as well as bringing new energy and technology to the business.
In January you should be receiving a letter from Onyx that introduces their company and their approach as well as how to contact them.
Please note that the 2018 Dues were billed in November 2017 by Advanced Realty Management and were due January 1st but as long as they are paid by January 31st no late fee will be assessed. In this interim period you may still pay them to Advanced Realty Management or to Onyx Realty Management. After January 31st a $25 late fee will be added.
